For fragile products such as glass, ceramics, and plaster, the only available delivery method is by pallet.

Order fulfillment steps:
- order acceptance
- waiting for payment to be credited
- transferring the order for completion
- packaging and shipping
Payment is usually credited no later than the second day after purchase. The order is then sent to the warehouse and, if it is not a large order, it is packed and shipped on the same day. For large orders, the picking time may be extended to 2-3 days.
During busy periods for the floristry industry, such as the period before All Saints' Day, Christmas, or Easter, order processing times may be extended to up to 7 days. Therefore, we recommend ordering seasonal goods in advance ;)
